- In a large mixing bowl, bring together the softened cream cheese, sweetened dried cranberries, crumbled feta cheese, and freshly chopped herbs. Mix until thoroughly combined, about 2–3 minutes.
- Lay your flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Divide the cranberry filling evenly among the tortillas, spreading it out evenly with a spatula while leaving about a ½ inch border.
- Starting from one end, carefully roll each tortilla tightly to encase the filling. Press gently as you roll to maintain a secure wrap.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
