Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a food processor, pulse graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until resembling wet sand. Transfer to baking dish and press down.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with granulated sugar until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then stir in vanilla extract until fully integrated.
- Pour batter over the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.

- Transfer cheesecake to the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
