- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic, ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently until combined, avoiding overmixing.
- Transfer the mixture to a clean surface and shape into a loaf. Place in the greased loaf pan or on the baking sheet.
- For the glaze, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, white vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Brush remaining glaze over the meatloaf and bake for an additional 15-30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
