Main Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic, ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently until combined, avoiding overmixing.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a clean surface and shape into a loaf. Place in the greased loaf pan or on the baking sheet.
  4. For the glaze, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, white vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush half of the glaze over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes. Brush remaining glaze over the meatloaf and bake for an additional 15-30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
