Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a blender, combine the cooled roasted peppers with minced garlic and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the tilapia fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and flaky.
  5. Pour the roasted pepper sauce over the tilapia in the skillet. Simmer briefly for 1-2 minutes, then serve.
