Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Prepare pineapple by peeling and chopping into small, bite-sized chunks. Chill in refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a blender, combine chilled pineapple chunks, coconut milk, coconut water, honey or sugar, lime juice, and ice cubes. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  3. Check the consistency and adjust with coconut water if too thick, or add more pineapple or ice if too thin.
  4. Taste and adjust flavor by adding more honey, sugar, or lime juice as desired.
  5. Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with mint leaves and a pineapple wedge, and serve immediately.
