- Prepare pineapple by peeling and chopping into small, bite-sized chunks. Chill in refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
- In a blender, combine chilled pineapple chunks, coconut milk, coconut water, honey or sugar, lime juice, and ice cubes. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
- Check the consistency and adjust with coconut water if too thick, or add more pineapple or ice if too thin.
- Taste and adjust flavor by adding more honey, sugar, or lime juice as desired.
