- In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese with olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, and garlic powder. Whisk until smooth and creamy, then season with salt and pepper.
- In the same large mixing bowl, combine the drained pasta, canned tuna, diced pineapple, chopped bell pepper, and green onions. Gently fold in the dressing.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
