  • 1 cup fresh pineapple diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions sliced
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup cottage cheese can use low-fat or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

  3. In the same large mixing bowl, combine the drained pasta, canned tuna, diced pineapple, chopped bell pepper, and green onions. Gently fold in the dressing.
  4. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
