  • 1/4 cup Red Onions Chopped
  • 2 cans Wild Albacore Tuna Drained, sustainably sourced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper Sprinkle to taste
For the Base
  • 2 medium Cucumbers Sliced into rounds

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil mayo, chopped red onions, drained wild albacore tuna, sea salt, and fresh ground black pepper. Mix until well blended and creamy.
  2. Wash and dry cucumbers, then slice into rounds, about ½-inch thick. Arrange the slices on a clean cutting board or platter.
  3. Scoop a generous portion of the prepared tuna salad mixture onto each cucumber slice, creating a nice mound.
  4. Serve the Tuna Salad Cucumber Bites immediately on a clean platter, optionally garnished with paprika or fresh herbs.
