Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl or jar, combine all the base ingredients and whisk or shake thoroughly for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and heat over medium-high heat for approximately 2 minutes.
  3. Add your choice of 1 pound of protein into the hot oil and stir-fry for about 4–5 minutes.
  4. In the same pan, add vegetables and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  5. Return the protein to the skillet with the vegetables, and pour in the freshly made stir fry sauce. Stir continuously for about 2–3 minutes.
  6. Once everything is well combined, remove the skillet from the heat and serve hot over cooked rice, quinoa, or any preferred grain.
