- In a medium mixing bowl or jar, combine all the base ingredients and whisk or shake thoroughly for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- In a large skillet or wok, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and heat over medium-high heat for approximately 2 minutes.
- Add your choice of 1 pound of protein into the hot oil and stir-fry for about 4–5 minutes.
- In the same pan, add vegetables and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes until crisp-tender.
