- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it warm up for about 10 minutes.
- Trim the ends of the large sweet onion, peel it, and gently core out the center, leaving half an inch around the edges.
- Stuff the hollowed onion with 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, then place it on aluminum foil.
- Melt the remaining butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 20-30 seconds, then whisk in minced garlic and seasonings.
- Pour the seasoned butter mixture into the hollowed center of the onion, ensuring it's well distributed.
- Wrap the onion tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 90 minutes.
- Carefully unwrap the onion after baking, allow to cool for 5 minutes, and serve topped with parsley and chili crisp.
