Preparation Steps

  6. In a mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, white wine vinegar, and minced shallot.
  7. Drizzle in olive oil while whisking until the dressing thickens.
  8. Combine celery, celery leaves, walnuts, dates, feta, and mint in a large bowl.
