  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning Store-bought or homemade blend.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil For frying or roasting.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat air fryer or oven to 400°F. For frying, heat vegetable oil in a heavy pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Cut corn into smaller pieces and pat dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl, combine corn pieces with melted butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  4. Arrange seasoned corn in a single layer in air fryer basket or on baking sheet. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping halfway through.
  5. If frying, lower corn into the hot oil, frying for 4-6 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve warm, optionally sprinkling with extra Cajun seasoning or squeezing lime juice over the top.
