- Preheat air fryer or oven to 400°F. For frying, heat vegetable oil in a heavy pan over medium-high heat.
- Cut corn into smaller pieces and pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, combine corn pieces with melted butter, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Arrange seasoned corn in a single layer in air fryer basket or on baking sheet. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping halfway through.
- If frying, lower corn into the hot oil, frying for 4-6 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally sprinkling with extra Cajun seasoning or squeezing lime juice over the top.
