- Peel and slice blood oranges, regular oranges, and grapefruit into 1/4 inch thick rounds. Arrange on a cutting board.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, honey, and Dijon mustard until emulsified. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
