  • 1 cup Mango optional, diced
  • 1 medium Avocado sliced
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Hot sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 lime Lime juice only
For the Assembly
  • 8 pieces Tortillas corn or flour
  • 1/2 cup Feta or cotija cheese crumbled

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the cod fish fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cumin. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice; let sit.
  2. Whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, hot sauce, honey, lime juice, and minced garlic in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and cook seasoned cod for 3–4 minutes on each side. Flake into pieces.
  4. Warm tortillas in the skillet for 30 seconds on each side until soft and flexible.
  5. Assemble tacos with flaked cod and your favorite toppings, drizzle with sauce, and serve with lime wedges.
