Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, the juice of two lemons, minced garlic, dried oregano, and a generous pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside to meld flavors.
  2. Place the chicken breasts into a large resealable bag or dish. Pour the marinade over, ensuring thorough coating. Seal or cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and place in the air fryer basket. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Carefully sprinkle feta cheese over the chicken during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove the chicken, allow excess juices to drip, and transfer to a platter. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
