  1. In a large bowl, whisk together honey, fresh lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, lime zest, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the large peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl, tossing them gently to ensure every piece is evenly coated in the marinade.
  3. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
  4. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Carefully thread the shrimp onto the soaked skewers, or place them directly on the grill.
