Combine the Dry Ingredients

Mix the Creamy Ingredients
- Pour in 1 cup of plain non-dairy yogurt and 1 cup of unsweetened non-dairy milk. Squeeze in the juice of two fresh limes and add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Whisk until combined and smooth.
Refrigerate to Thicken
- Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. The oats will absorb the liquid and thicken.
Final Stir and Serve
- Remove the oats from the fridge, stir well, and enjoy them in a bowl or straight from the jar, adding toppings like granola or fresh fruit as desired.
