- 2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce simple syrup (1 part water, 1 part sugar)
- Club soda
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh blueberries and thyme leaves together until the blueberries are crushed and juicy.
- Add the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
- Top off the drink with club soda to your desired fizz level.
- Garnish with a sprig of thyme and a few whole blueberries.

- For a non-alcoholic version, replace the gin with additional club soda or a flavored sparkling water.
