Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the fresh strawberries, frozen banana, almond milk, protein powder, honey or maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, rolled oats, and Greek yogurt (if using).
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with a few sliced strawberries or a dollop of Greek yogurt on top if desired.
