  • 1/2 cup Aquafaba Whipped until soft peaks form

  • 2 cups Blackcurrant Juice Can substitute with pomegranate juice

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare pumpkin soup by cooking pumpkin until soft, blend, and swirl chilled coconut cream into bowls.
  2. For witch finger breadsticks, mix flour, garlic, and rosemary, shape into sticks, and bake with almonds on top.
  3. Stuff mini bell peppers with quinoa and veggies, roast until tender.
  4. For cauliflower wings, toss florets in sauce, spread on a baking sheet, and bake until crispy.
